I had to wait for an hour and a half to be seen, but once I had been seen I was referred quickly

It was good.
Suggested improvements
Could always have been quicker of course but a free health care provider turning around a triage, X-ray and follow up inside 90 minutes of arriving is very acceptable to me. Thank you!

Fantastic care given in A&E and can’t fault it. As first time visitors to the hospital the car parking + payment system was confusing and could be improved.

From the arrival I was greeted at the door and informed there would be a short delay as was quite busy and queueing but after being informed and needing your assistance that was no problem at all.
Was treated with respect from start to finish. Every part of the system and people I spoke to were very professional and seemed very happy to help make the experience as good as it can be leaving myself very impressed. I even told my partner so yesterday and she was impressed too.

All the staff I met were so lovely.
The lady who greeted me was really kind and welcoming.
The receptionist was very polite and professional when I told her what was wrong with me.
The initial doctor who booked us in was very funny.
The doctor I saw was a lovely man, put me at ease with some simple chit chat.
Suggested improvements
There were some used water cups dotted around. Although the receptionist did come to collect them- maybe have a bin in the UTC Waiting room- not just in the children’s bit.
